Applications make research practically useful, so my focus is on bringing real time solutions and new knowledge for practical problems through research projects in the biological and agri-food systems. My future research plans stems from my past research experiences with projects involving sensor component development; interfacial science and surface characterization; image analysis and processing; and thin film fabrication.
